Jay Leno opened up in a new interview about the survival of his new 10 p.m. talk show, saying that he would have rather have stayed in his 11:35 timeslot, and that he'd go back to the "Tonight" show if asked.

Broadcasting and Cable interviewed the TV icon about the show, and critics who say that his show isn't garnering high ratings.

About whether he would return to "The Tonight Show," which is now helmed by Conan O'Brien, Leno said, "If it were offered to me, would I take it? If that's what they wanted to do, sure. That would be fine if they wanted to."

Former republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin went rogue with Oprah Winfrey, commenting on Levi Johnston's new-found fame, her time on the campaign trail with a pregnant teenage daughter and how she feels in hindsight about the infamous Kate Couric interview.

Palin appeared on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" on Monday to promote her already bestselling book Going Rogue: An American Life. She opened up about the father of her grandson who has publicly bashed her, saying that Levi's "aspiring porn" career -- referring to his deal with Playgirl magazine -- is a "bit heartbreaking."

"I believe he goes by the name Ricky Hollywood now," she jokes to Oprah. "He's quite busy with media tours. ... That's Levi's gig right now."

"Survivor: Samoa"'s Kelly Sharbaugh (ex-Galu) was bushwacked at Thursday night's Tribal Council when Russell Hantz (ex-Foa Foa) once again found and played the Immunity Idol to keep him safe. Even though the tribes have merged, there is still a division between Foa Foa and Galu, with Galu having numbers on its side. But with Russell playing the Immunity Idol, all the votes against him didn't count -- and those that Russell had pre-arranged against Kelly did.

ET: When the tribes merged, did Galu have any idea that Russell was as devious as he is?

Kelly Sharbaugh: We knew that he was the mastermind behind everything [at Foa Foa], we knew he was super sneaky and calling all the shots, I had no idea it was to the level it was … finding Immunity Idols on his own. Even watching the first few episodes when he was burning his teammates' things and pouring out the water, it has to be terrible. It is rough out there anyway, especially the first few days. My parents were, "Thank God you weren't on his tribe."

Kate Winslet said she felt it was her responsibility to "request an apology" from a British newspaper after the publication insinuated she was lying about not working out during this past award season. More details about the actress' libel suit after the jump...

Winslet won a payout of around $40,000 from the Daily Mail newspaper. "I strongly believe that women should be encouraged to accept themselves as they are, so to suggest that I was lying was an unacceptable accusation of hypocrisy," the Oscar winner said in a statement obtained by People.com.

In a London Court on Tuesday, the publication apologized for the article -- that was headlined "Should Kate Winslet win an Oscar for the World's most irritating actress?" -- and agreed to publish an apology and pay for damages and the actress' legal costs, according to People.
